Hello everyone!

I hope that you had an inspiring and happy week. This week, I realized that I was rushing my life a little bit because of the management system I saw online. Again, I realized that the things we see on the internet might not work for everyone the same. So this week I want to talk about some lifestyle & time management tips that are modifiable, at least in my opinion. And I want to share an inspiring quote for the upcoming week.

Wish you all the best!

1)Morning&Evening Routines

I enjoy starting my day feeling excited and ending it feeling happy and content. It’s helpful for me to have specific activities or habits in the morning and evening, but my schedule changes a lot, so I’ve had to adjust my routines. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to this. After trying many different things, I’ve found some small habits that have helped me and I think they’re easy to adapt. Here are my favorite activities for starting and ending the day.

-Journaling

You can write in your journal for a short time or a long time. You can use writing prompts or just write freely. Your journal entries can be very short or very long, and they can vary every day. You don’t need a fancy journal or to be a great writer. All you need is a pen and some paper, or a computer or tablet, to write down your thoughts and see what’s on your mind. Journaling is not just about recording your day; it can be many things. For me, it’s a way to understand and organize my thoughts. It has helped me grow because I take time to think about my feelings regularly.

-Meditation

I like to meditate for 5 minutes every morning. It has become a habit that I value the most. Starting things with intention is important to me because I believe that life, work, relationships, and everything else depend on your approach. Taking a quick 5 minutes for mindfulness and setting an intention for the day has really helped me make lots of positive changes.

2) Quote Of The Week
