Hello everyone! I hope that you are doing great. I know that I am a bit late -I am afraid that it will become as usual- but I try my best to post these curations at least once every week. Thank you for your continuous support. With this in mind, I want to start this curation with suggestions for people who want to start creating content.

Creating Content

Creating content online can feel daunting, especially when you’re putting yourself out there for the world to see. It’s natural to feel nervous, but remember that your unique perspective and voice have the power to inspire and resonate with others. Embrace the opportunity to share your story, knowledge, and creativity. Every post, video, or photo you share is a chance to connect with people who appreciate and value what you have to say. Trust in your authenticity, keep creating, and watch as your courage and dedication inspire those around you. Your voice matters, so keep shining! (I tried using AI while writing this paragraph.)

That’s why I am creating content, because I believe everyone has something to contribute to the world! So, if you are ever considering creating content, this is your sign!

Mantras

I try to include journaling prompts in every curation. But this week, I want to introduce you to mantras. A mantra is a sacred word, sound, or phrase repeated to aid concentration in meditation or to invoke a particular deity or principle. In the context of self-improvement and mindfulness, mantras are often used as affirmations or phrases that are repeated to help focus the mind and set a positive intention. I was very skeptical at first, but I got used to using mantras in the morning along with yoga, meditation, and journaling. I choose a mantra for a day and try to direct my energy and focus in life according to that mantra. Some of my favorite mantras are:

  • All is well and I am safe. (I first heard it in one of Yoga with Kassandra videos on Youtube.)
  • I choose love over fear. (I heard this from Lavendaire on Youtube.)

I hope you enjoyed this week’s curations and I hope you have an amazing week!
