Hey everyone! I am excited to be writing this blog post. I finally let myself enjoy the writing process and not focus too much on the imperfections that come up in my way. Also, I am really happy to see that new people are discovering my posts and enjoy reading them. This fuels my passion to write more to engage with like-minded people. With that said, today I want to focus on the reason I am mainly creating content online: spreading love and kindness to the universe. I believe that by sharing positivity and helping people find their passion in this world, we will help solve the most pressing issues in our world. So, I hope you enjoy this week’s curation and remember that an amazing week with endless opportunities is awaiting you.

The Convention on the Rights of the Child

In my everyday life, I focus on promoting universal health and education coverage for all children. Lately, I’ve realized that I’ve been too focused on the latest issues and specific tasks, causing me to neglect the fundamental principles of “children’s rights.” This seems to be a common issue for many people in knowledge-based roles; sometimes, we get so caught up in the details that we lose touch with the basics. However, revisiting the core of our passion can rekindle our motivation and stimulate creativity in our work. When I feel stuck on a project, I find that going back to the foundational principles often helps. Recently, I revisited “The Convention on the Rights of the Child: The children’s version” as a reminder of the guiding principles of my work. I wanted to share this experience with you, in the hope that it might help you reconnect with the essence of your own passion, project, or study. Also, it’s important to me to share these rights because they are relevant to all of us.

Quote of the week

“Nothing is stronger than a heart that knows the world but still chooses to be gentle.”

I saw this one on Instagram and it made my day. I love how we can share positivity and inspire each other on social media. In my opinion, that’s one of the many positive ways to use social media – to bring happiness and passion to connect with each other.
